  • 1-2 cups dandelions
  • 2 cups plain flower
  • 1 cup of butter
  • 1/2 cup brown or white sugar or both!
  • Pinch of salt
  • A teaspoon of organic honey

Use petals only from dandelion. (Cleaned obviously!)
Not the green part either as will be bitter.

Mix butter and sugar ’til soft.

Add dandelions, flour, pinch of salt and mix and knead ’til of doughy consistency.

After 1-2 minutes of kneading, add the honey and mix again to roll out.

Then cut out your cookies to choice! Add a drop of CBD oil in the mix too if you like.

Bake in the oven at temperature 200c, fan or 220, electric for around 15 to 20 minutes.
